HOW TO USE BAY OIL

  • use diluted with other skin oils - e.g. sweet almond oil, shea butter, apricot kernel oil, jojoba gold BIO
  • a healing bath will accelerate circulation, dilate blood vessels in the skin, and also warm up and stimulate the entire body - add about 10 grams of oil to a bathtub filled with 1/3 of warm water, bathe for up to 15 minutes,
  • apply topically to individual pimples, inflammations and wounds - antiseptic and antibacterial effect,
  • When applied regularly to the scalp, it helps fight dandruff and inflammation, relieves the symptoms of psoriasis, and accelerates hair growth,
  • rubbing swelling resulting from injuries,
  • warming properties are perfect for foot compresses (at night) - they will soften calloused and cracked skin,
  • Use on hands and nails - strong regenerative and moisturizing properties will restore the beauty of your hands,
  • people suffering from rheumatism can rub it into the joints - it effectively relieves pain of various rheumatic and arthritic origins,
  • can be used as an addition to the base intended for massage - similarly to a bath, it has a warming effect and stimulates the entire body,
