Propolis (also known as bee glue) is a natural bee product. It is a complex product produced by bees from resins, balsamic, mucous, and fatty substances collected from the buds and young shoots of plants and the bark of deciduous trees (poplar, birch, alder) and conifers (fir, pine, spruce). Worker bees collect these plant substances with their mandibles, enrich them with their secretions, then form them into pellets and transport them to the hive. There, other bees "process" the delivered material: they add wax, pollen, and pollen balsam, along with various mechanical debris (e.g., fragments of the hive and dead bees). The finished glue is used to strengthen the structure, fill holes and crevices in the hive, and cover the exit hole. This protects the bees from microbial growth and provides a solid home.

PROPOLIS FOR HEALTH:

Propolis Drops contain ethanolic propolis extract, which is their main active ingredient. Ethanol extraction is considered the most effective, as ethanol is the most soluble form of the valuable health-promoting substances found in propolis. These include aromatic acids and esters, as well as flavonoid compounds, thanks to which propolis supports the functioning of the immune system. Furthermore, it possesses a number of other health-promoting properties, such as antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties. For this reason, it is recommended for immunocompromised individuals, recurrent bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, and as a supportive treatment for inflammatory conditions.

To prepare the tincture: Pour 200 ml of spirit over 50 g of propolis and macerate for a week, stirring daily. Strain through cheesecloth or a strainer until a clear liquid is obtained.

How to use:

Adults: 40 drops 2-3 times daily. Drops can be dissolved in a small amount of water. Take before or during a meal.

This product should not be used by individuals allergic to bee products. Before consuming propolis for the first time, it is recommended to perform an allergy test (apply 2-3 drops of the product to your wrist) and observe your body's reaction. If allergic reactions occur after the first use, discontinue use.

A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Due to the ethanol content, do not drive immediately after consumption.

Store at room temperature out of reach of small children.
